The financial year is from 1st Nov 2024 to 31st Oct 2025.

Gembrook Riding Club fees for the financial year are as follows:

• Senior Membership is $240 (includes $70 GRC membership and $170 HRCAV Levy & Insurance cover)
  • Access to the Gembrook grounds anytime
  • Participation in instructional rally days
  • Participation in any fun days, trail rides, social events etc.
• Riding Members aged 75-79 is $200 (includes $70 GRC membership and $130 HRCAV Levy and Public Liability cover and reduced Personal Accident cover with reduced benefits)
• Riding Members aged 80+ is $170 (includes $70 GRC membership and $100 HRCAV Levy and Public Liability cover only)
• Affiliate (2nd Club) Membership is $70 (if you are already a member of another HRCAV affiliated club)
  • Senior membership entitlements
• Non-riding Membership is $55 (includes $15 GRC membership and $40 HRCAV Levy and insurance cover)
  • Insurance while participating in non-riding, HRCAV approved activities (ie: volunteer)

Gembrook Riding Club do not take Junior Members
(Optional) Key to the arena is a $10 once off / non-refundable fee

Note that full insurance details can be accessed via the HRCAV website. HRCAV usually reduces their fee by 50% from 1st August for the final 3 months of the financial year.
